SBTech is looking for a Tech Lead/Team Lead to join the Payments team (Kyiv) on a full-time basis.

• Write perfect code;
• Function as a technical leader, manage, motivate team members, appraise their performance and contribute to their development;
• Lead, monitor and control the entire software development flow – requirements gathering, planning, architectural design, implementation, testing and deployment;
• Take responsibility on code quality and on time completion of the tasks;
• Apply quality standards and team working procedures;
• Initiate improvements and determine development methodology;
• Work closely with business owners and project managers to plan work and provide statuses;
• Support existing and write new technical documentation.
• Excellent skills in using C# and .Net Frameworks;
• Solid experience of leading a technical team;
• Experience with MSSQL;
• Experience in ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET WebApi;
• GIT;
• Unit testing, Nunit, NSubstitute;
• Dependency injections;
• StyleCop, FxCop;
• Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills;
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
• Practice of writing testable code;
• Good understanding and practical experience of applying OOD / OOP;
• Understanding of Microsoft Best Practices and Standards.
